NVME Boutique Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with NVME Boutique. Many of our pieces are unique, limited in quantity, or available only while supplies last. Please review the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.

United States Orders

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NVME Boutique does not issue refunds.

Eligible merchandise may be returned for exchange only within seven (7) days of the date your order is received.

To qualify for an exchange, merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and components included.

Because many NVME Boutique items are unique or available in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that the same item, size, color, or style will be available for an exchange. If your original selection is unavailable, we will work with you regarding available eligible exchange options.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and the shipping costs associated with sending the exchanged merchandise back to them, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where NVME Boutique determines that an error occurred with the order.

International Orders — Outside the United States

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NVME Boutique does not issue refunds.

Eligible international merchandise may be returned for exchange only within fourteen (14) days of the date your order is received.

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and components.

Our merchandise is often unique and limited in quantity. Therefore, the same item, size, color, or style originally purchased may no longer be available when your exchange is processed. When the original selection is unavailable, we will work with you regarding available eligible exchange options.

International customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning merchandise and shipping replacement merchandise, including applicable shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Beauty, cosmetic, skincare, personal-care, and similar products
  • Underwear, intimate apparel, and lingerie
  • Swimwear
  • Used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or soiled merchandise
  • Merchandise missing original tags, packaging, pieces, or accessories
  • Any other merchandise specifically marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable

Additional exclusions may apply where necessary for health or hygiene reasons.

Inspect Your Order Immediately

Please inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive your order.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or you believe there is another problem with your order, contact NVME Boutique immediately after discovering the issue. Please do not use, wear, wash, alter, or attempt to repair the merchandise before contacting us.

You may call or text us at 702-706-8444. When texting, please include your order number, name, details of the issue, and photos when applicable. We will respond as soon as possible, generally within 24 hours of receiving your message.

Return Authorization Required

Do not send merchandise back without prior approval.

All returns and exchanges must first be authorized by NVME Boutique. To request authorization, email hello@nvme.boutique with your name, order number, item(s) involved, and reason for requesting the exchange.

If approved, you will receive return instructions by email. Approval to return merchandise does not guarantee that the original item, size, or color will still be available for exchange.

Merchandise returned without authorization may not be accepted.
