NVme Return Policy

Here at NVme Boutique we understand that everything you order online is not always what you want we you get the item delivered. 

Sometimes an item can be too small, too big, or damaged. NVme is here to make your online ordering experience as comfortable as possible.

To start a return email, us at nvme365boutique.com (include your name and phone number, the item you are wanting to return, and your order number in the Subject Box or call us at (636)486-6863 between our specified business hours:

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Central Time)

Saturday 10am-3pm

If you are outside of the United States, please send us an email.

Our return policy:

  • All items are eligible for a return within 30 days of receiving. (Intimate items, books, and fragrances are not eligible for return at all.) 
  • No refunds are issued, only store credit will be issued to your account within 10 days of receiving an approved return. The store credit will be applied to your online account. If you do not set up an online account one will be created for you. (Please set up an online account for exclusive rewards)
  • All items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached without any visible signs of wear or damage.
  • If the item/s that is worn or damaged the return will be rejected. We will not send the item back to you unless you arrange the return of your item.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return unless otherwise specified.
  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours to respond to your return email. If you need immediate assistance, please call us at (636)486-6863 with a detailed message.
